- Smartphone ER is not liable for any loss of data. It is your responsibility to back up your own data. We do offer a backup service at an additional cost.
- Smartphone ER is not responsible for any tempered glass that is removed during the repair process.
- Quotes are valid for 5 working days only.
- Repairs carry a 3 month warranty from the date of collection.
- Liquid damage repairs carry a 30 day warranty from the date of collection.
- Devices not collected within 90 days of notification to collect will be sold by OCAmaster South Africa (Pty) Ltd to defray expenses.
