Such excellent service! Booked in my Samsung S8 that's glass had cracked, went to do some shopping at the mall and a few hours later it was fixed and at a fraction of the price I was quoted everywhere else!! My Samsung S8 fell about 2 weeks ago and my screen had a slight crack in it. I needed to get it fixed but I wasn't prepared to send it to Samsung for a few weeks to be assessed first as I use my phone for work purposes and neither was I prepared to pay up to R4000 or the repair. The staff at Smartphone ER was so helpful and accommodating,they didnt have a replacement screen when I arrived but 1 of the technicians was so kind to swop his screen with me till they got stock (which only took a day to arrive). I went there early this morning to fix my phone and instead of being without my phone and waiting for 2-6 weeks to be repaired, I only waited for 45mins!!! Well done guys and thank you for the excellent and quick service,I will highly recommend you even though it was a far drive out,I managed to save over R2500. Thank you Thank you Thank youread more

I dropped my iphone one too many times and cracked the screen quite badly. I wasn’t sure about replacing the screen because I’d heard a few stories where phones “didn’t come back working like they used to”. I went ahead with it anyway and I’m so happy I did.
