I was early to drop an item but was promptly & professionally attended to by Zach. The check-in was smooth & easy. Zach promised he would call me during the day. Two hours later he called which I could not believe & I collected much later in the day. It's been a while since I've been impressed with service levels in Cape Town BUT Zach / Smartphone ER blew my socks off. I neglected to mention that each & every staff member entering greeted which was wonderful. I'll going forward make Smartphone ER a favorite for related repairs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
