Hence I want to revise my rating and adjust it up to the point when I was told you can not help me out... Best regards Susanne If you bought your SAMSUNG product (brandnew from a GLOBAL brand) outside of South Africa - you are unfortunately on your own with this store (an authorised Samsung repair shop as I am told via the Samsung Technical support website) . I bought the Active 2 Smartwatch while in Germany at when it was not even available here yet. Now the touchscreen is faulty so I brought it to the store but I am told by the Technician that I can not get helped in South Africa (my permanent residence) because I bought the watch in Germany. What the hell ? @SAMSUNG- no more future Galaxy phone or Galaxy Tab purchases from my side either. You lost a customer for life over this "buyers discrimination"....essentially you force me now to bin a potentially perfectly repairable Euro 300 watch.... Shocking @!

  • 5 star review  What a marvelous find! I got my Samsung S7 tablet and that day dropped it smashing the screen. I had not put the sim card in so insurance didn't cover it. But Smartphone gave me a good price to replace the screen (just over R4000) which is a good price for tablet I have. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the repair was done in 3 days. I highly recommend Smartphone ER.

  • 5 star review  Literally the best experience I've ever had with Tech repair. My only issue was Samsung took their sweet time delivering the replacement part I needed but Smartphone ER were fantastic and kept me up to date. They even sorted out the warranty info with Samsung meaning my repair was free!
